Shipping & Replacements

SHIPPING

Shipping is currently free on all orders. After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Project Karbon watches will be shipped in 1-3 days and delivered in 5-7 days.

All URBN watches are available on pre-booking and will be delivered on the dates mentioned on their respective product pages.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

All sales are final and products are non-returnable. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for a defect-free product on the basis of look & feel, or of minor differences in shade, colour or material.

We offer a free replacement if the product has a manufacturing defect or damage. Please report the issue to us with image and video proof of the defect, quoting your order ID, by email at info@verte.co.in. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and verified after investigation.

Please ensure the product is unused, is in the same condition as received, is in its original packaging and includes every item shipped in our package. The receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

We will arrange for the original item to be sent back to us. On receipt, it will be inspected for damage and defects, and a replacement will be issued after that inspection. If no defect is found, the customer is liable for the courier charges both ways for sending the replacement.

All watches are eligible for replacement. A replacement must be requested within 7 days of purchase; beyond that, replacement will not be allowed. All replacements will be completed within 3-5 working days. We provide replacements only, and NO RETURNS or REFUNDS.
